29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) On or about 8/31/2022 in the Employee Classroom; an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring to energize two computer desktops.  b) On or about 8/31/2022 in the SCHOT room; an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring to energize a copier machine.  c) On or about 8/31/2022 in the fitness room; an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring to energize an exercise treadmill.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
