29 CFR  1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees:  Note:  This paragraph does not apply to large area scaffolds where the employer has satisfied the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph.  On or about August 30, 2022 at the Buckley Elemental School remodeling project,  the foreman was standing on a step ladder that was setup on a mobile scaffold and the foreman fell to the stage floor below.
