29 CFR  1926.451(f)(5): Scaffolds were moved horizontally while employees were on them although the scaffolds were not designed for such movement by a registered professional engineer:  Location: 1st Floor, 2000 Westchester Ave, Harrison, NY   a) On or about August 31, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6' while engaged in demolition work when scaffolds they were working on were moved with employees still on them.

29 CFR  1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner:  Location: 1st Floor, 2000 Westchester Ave, Harrison, NY   a) On or about August 31, 2022, the wheels on a Baker scaffold were not locked to prevent movement of the scaffold while it was used in a stationary manner by employees engaged in demolition work.
