29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  a)	Aviation Operations Center Building: On or about 08/31/2022, yellow 100ft extension cords used with portable electrical drill had damage to the outer jackets and were not removed from service.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
