29 CFR  1910.135(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects.   On or about August 29, 2022, at jobsite located in 50 N Anderson St. Aurora, IL 60505, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working below another worker who was performing tree limb removal. Head protection were not being utilized by ground employees engaged in fallen branch cleanup.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
