29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:  a) Warehouse Area - On September 1, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the Toyota forklift model #8F GC U 25, serial #637 95, powered industrial truck(s) with the left front and back tires were in bad condition broken back light was withdrawn from service until restored to safe operating condition.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item
