29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  a)  On or about August 18, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in hoist operations. Employees were not wearing protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling objects.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:     a) On or about August 18, 2022, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection during roofing work.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  On or about August 18, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height approximately 17 feet.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
