29 CFR 1926.302(b)(5): The manufacturer's safe operating pressure for hoses, pipes, valves, filters, and other fittings were exceeded. a) Residential Site: On or about 8/29/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees performing roofing activities to struck-by hazards, in that they were operating a Metabo HPT pneumatic nail gun(s) at 125psi. This was above the 120 psi maximum range of the nail gun.
