29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m), more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  On or about September 1, 2022, at this workplace, employees conducted construction framing operations and were exposed to fall hazards at the height greater than 6 feet above a lower level. Employees did not have a fall protection system in place.

On or about September 1, 2022 at this work place, employees conducted construction framing operations, and were not protected by protective helmets, in areas of possible head injury from impact or falling objects.
