29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Employees were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder: a- 29 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: On or about 09/03/22 a worker was exposed to fall hazards approximately 11 feet to the ground surface below when progressing down a ladder with one hand carrying a cardboard box. As such this worker was unable to grasp the ladder with one hand as they were progressing down the ladder. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
