29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- 29 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: A worker was exposed to head injuries from impact or falling objects when they were not protected by protective helmets or hard hats when receiving unsecured materials and equipment from another worker working/walking from a pitched roof above them.  Condition observed on or about 09/03/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Employees were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder:  a- 29 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: On or about 09/03/22 a worker was exposed to fall hazards approximately 11 feet to the ground surface below when progressing down a ladder with one hand carrying a cardboard box.  As such this worker was unable to grasp the ladder with one hand  as they were progressing down the ladder.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   All Best Contractors Corporation does not ensure that employees use appropriate fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 10/18/21, at 28 &  30 Boardwalk Road in Evesham NJ:  a- 28 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: Workers engaged in sheathing application and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roof without the use of fall protection.
