29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Roof- Four employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while working on the roof, on or about September 2, 2022. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a): Exterior Roof- A portable ladder used for access by employees to an upper landing surface did not have the ladder rails extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. Four employees were accessing the roof by using a portable extension ladder that did not have rails extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, on or about September 2, 2022. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
