29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- 9000 Schindler Drive, Mount Laurel NJ:  A  worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet  9 inches to the ground surface below, when working at the unprotected edges of a third floor balcony without the use of fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 09/08/22.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
