29 CFR  1910.106(d)(4)(iv): Every storage room was not provided with either a gravity or a mechanical exhaust ventilation system. The ventilating equipment and any lighting fixtures were not operated by the same switch:  a) 50 Okner Parkway, Livingston, NJ  Employer did not utilize the installed mechanical exhaust ventilation system in the flammable storage room that contained flammable liquids including but not limited to propionaldehyde, ethyl acetate, methyl isobutyl ketone, isopropyl alcohol, and ethyl formate. The snap switch for the mechanical exhaust ventilation located in the flammable storage room was in the off position and the ventilation could not be operated by the same switch as the lighting fixtures.  Violation occurred on or about September 8, 2022
