An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems."  a) Jobsite: On September 07, 2022, and at times prior thereto employees performed framing activities, which included roof sheathing, on a 4 in 12 pitched roof, without a fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 15 feet at the eaves, to over 19 feet at the roofs peak.
