29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets: a) PRO USA Home Improvement does not ensure that employees use protective helmets where there is a possibility of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 9/8/22, at 491 Passaic Street, Passaic NJ, NJ, Employees were exposed to a head injury while employees were engaged in roofing work above. The employer did not ensure that employees working below roofing work were protected by protective helmets, thus exposing employees to a struck by hazard to the head. b) PRO USA Home Improvement does not ensure that employees use protective helmets where there is a possibility of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 9/8/22, at 491 Passaic Street, Passaic NJ, NJ, . Employees were working on the lower roof while two other employees were working right above three employees.
