29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.) 1435 51st Street, North Bergen, NJ  The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards.  Employees engaged in framing activities on a commercial building were walking the top plate and setting the trusses while not being protected by any means of fall protection, on or about April 13, 2022.
