29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury: a) 23451 Marina Drive East, Angola By the Bay, Lewes, DE 19958 - Rear yard: On or about September 9, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees had provisions for prompt medical attention prior to starting work at the site in case there was a serious injury. Employees were not trained on CPR or first aid in the event of an incident which would require it. Additionally, first aid supplies could not be located on the site the day of the inspection.
