29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Peak Medical Colorado No. 2, LLC dba Mesa Manor Center, 2901 North 12th Street, Grand Junction, CO 81506; On or about September 6, 2022, the establishment did not have a written worksite-specific respiratory protection program while requiring employees to wear an N95 respirator if caring for a COVID-19 positive patients. Employees were required to wear respirators without specific procedures for implementation likely to result in misuse of respirators and cause negative health effects to employees.
