29 CFR  1910.157(g)(2):The employer did not provide all employees with an educational program on fire extinguishers as required by paragraph (g)(1) of this standard upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter.  On or about September 12,2022, Employer did not provide employees with training on the use of fire extinguisher while requiring employees to put out small fires. Two types of fire extinguishers are located within the restaurant to be used by employees, who are not trained.
