29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about September 8, 2022, at 8425 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 201, Miami, FL,  an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while sweeping debris off the NE corner edge of a second-floor balcony of a condominium without using any means of fall protection.
