29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i):Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: At the temporary jobsite located at 18713 Deer Run St., in Spring Hill, KS 66083: Employees were exposed to shock hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to shock hazards. The powered tools required to be utilized to complete work, were plugged into an energized power strip receptacle without a protective cover plate.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the temporary jobsite located at 18713 Deer Run St., in Spring Hill, KS 66083: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities, were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below. Employees were not provided with fall protection.
