29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about September 14, 2022 the employer Spurlock Roofing LLC at jobsite located at Building C, Lighthouse Way Perrysburg OH 43551, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential roofing construction activities on the second (roof) level of a residential single family home, while exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet or greater and 11 feet or greater to the ground below.
