29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):  The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded. The guarding device was not in conformity with any appropriate standards, therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, was so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  On or about 09/12/2022, an employee of Energy Panel Structures, Inc., located at 232 SEMO Lane, Perryville MO 63775, was exposed to point of operation hazards.  A TennSmith press, Model SBS126-14,  did not have guards or was constructed/designed to prevent struck-by or caught-in-between hazards.
