29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(vii): The brakes shall be set and outriggers, when used, shall be positioned on pads or a solid surface. Wheel chocks shall be installed before using an aerial lift on an incline.  A) Temple Beth Shalom 1901 Kresson Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034:  An employee assigned to install light bulbs was exposed to fall from elevation hazard(s) when the Genie Personnel Lift being used overturned, and the operator was ejected from the basket.  The incident   resulted in serious injuries requiring hospitalization. Condition noted on or about 09/20/2022.
