Condition observed on or about 09/20/22.  b- 100-112 East Magnolia Avenue, Building 2, Wildwood NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 9 feet 5 inches, to the floor surface below, when walking and working from the top plates of wall frames and when walking and working from the floor header. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)  a- 100 - 112 East Magnolia Avenue, Wildwood NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman, who were not using fall protection at the worksite, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 13 feet 5 inches when performing framing, sheathing and other related activities while walking/working at unprotected edges, unprotected floor openings, from wall frame top plates, from headers, etc.   At the time of the worksite inspection, the company did not provide these worksite workers with training to recognize and address the hazards associated with falls NOR how to properly use the worksite fall protection equipment.  Condition noted on or about 09/20/22.
