29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, were not  protected by protective helmets:  a) At the job site, located at 8368 Greenway Ave Wesley Chapel, FL; On or about 9/20/2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that head protection was not utilized by employees while organizing materials and utilizing portable Makita circular saws on the ground surface and at the same time employees were performing roofing operations approximately 20 feet directly above with unsecured materials such as pneumatic nail guns, lumber materials, ladders and roofing tools, while on the second level of the residential home in construction.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a)  At the job site, located at 8368 Greenway Ave Wesley Chapel, FL; On or about 9/20/2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection was not utilized while roofing and framing operations were being conducted on a residential home approximately 20 feet in height.
