29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) KDK Construction , LLC at 491 N Cortana Way: On of before September 22nd, 2022 the controlling employer did not ensure that its subcontractors were protected from falls of more than 19 feet while performing framing activities on the roof of a future car wash. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards of 19 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
