29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in 29 CFR 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart):  (a) On or about September 19, 2022, an employee used a personal fall arrest system (PFAS) which did not conform to the criteria in 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11) in that lifelines were not protected from being cut or abraded and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately seventeen (17) feet five inches to the concrete floor below.
