29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  a)  Site Wide: On or about September 22, 2022, a SkyTrak 3606 Telehandler was used to support a scaffold platform, made from a used wooden pallet, that had not been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.  Abatement certification and documentation required.

For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer shall fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section.  a) Site wide: On or about September 22, 2022, employees, working outdoors, were exposed to silica dust due to using a handheld power saw to cut a cement sidewalk without an integrated water delivery system.  Abatement certification and documentation required.
