29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a) On or about September 13, 2022, in the mixing department, the employer failed to provide effective guarding over the hopper area on the Weiler Grinder Machine, thereby, exposing employees to amputation hazards.   b) On or about September 13, 2022, in the mixing department, the employer failed to provided effective guarding on the Weiler Grinder Machine at the end product area, to prevent employees from reaching under the guard, thereby,  exposing employees  rotating parts part.
