29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On or about September 21, 2022; Second Floor/West Side of Townhome,  Employees were not wearing eye protection when operating a Dewalt miter saw and Metabo HPT finish nail gun, pneumatically powered by a McGraw air compressor operating at 120 pounds per square inch (PSI), while completing trim work.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
