29 CFR  1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not provided in aisle ways.  Aisles and passageways were not kept clear with no obstructions across or in aisles creating a hazard.   a) Warehouse - On September 26, 2022, and on February 2, 2023, in the warehouse where powered industrial trucks were used to pick adn stow materials from the racking system, sufficient clearance was not provided for safe operations. Material and product on pallets were staged in several aisles, completely blocking the aisles.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
