Employees working near this blocked off exit discharge were exposed to fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  a) JTI Transportation, Inc. on or about September 27, 2022, at the address of 6722 Commodore Dr Walbridge, OH: The employer did not provide an illuminated exit sign on door designated as emergency exit, near door 2 of building 2. Employees operating in this area without the benefit of a demarcated exit route were exposed to fire hazards.
