29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) North West Construction LLC at 5135 S Kearney CT Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On r before 9/27/22 the creating, correcting, and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that roofing employees were installing roofing tiles on a 4/12 slope roof without wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 12 and 20 feet.  Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
