29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a) On and before August 24, 2022, at the residential construction site located at 459 Brandon Drive, Bismarck, ND. the employer did not initiate site inspections where employees of a subcontractor were exposed to fall hazards while engage in roofing activities, ladders that did not extending three feet above landing, and exposure to eye and face hazards from flying particles while installing roofing materials.
