29 CFR  1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.   On or about September 26, 2022, one employee was working on the ground without wearing a hard hat and passing material above his head to employees working on the roof, exposing the employee on the ground to struck-by hazards.

On or about September 26, 2022, one employee was performing roofing operations on a residential home under construction up to approximately 12 feet high without fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazards.
