A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors.  a) PJA Solution LLC, at the jobsite located at 3100 S. Hamilton rd., Columbus, Ohio 43232: On or about September 9, 2022, exit route doors in the warehouse near the break area had a damaged push lever on the emergency door that was not functional without special knowledge, thereby hindering safe egress in the event of an emergency.
