29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l).  a)Tropical Management Corp DBA Tropical Supermarket/446 North Ave/Dunellen, NJ 08812 - Yard: - Forklift operators were not trained and evaluated to safely operate powered industrial trucks at the worksite. To include, but not limited to: -Truck safety related topics including the use of operator seat belt/fall restraint systems and workplace related topics; -Evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace.  Condition noted on or about 9/1/2022.

The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation.  a)Tropical Management Corp DBA Tropical Supermarket/446 North Ave/Dunellen, NJ 08812 -  Certification was not done for employees operating Forklift Trucks.  Condition noted on or about 9/1/2022.
