29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: a) 901 Market Street Wilmington, DE 19801: Employees worked without appropriate personal protective equipment to protect their skin [e.g. hands] while performing finishing work. The employees were exposure to caustic chemicals in the form of a wet cementous material containing Coal Ash, Portland Cement, Crystalline Silica and Quartz while applied to the wall tiles within the unfinished apartment bathrooms with their bare hands as observed on or about October 3, 2022.
