The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  (a) On or About August 31, 2022, and times prior thereto, at this mechanic shop, employees conducted heavy truck and trailer maintenance and were not provided with drainage that is be maintained, and to the extent feasible, provided dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats. Employees were exposed to slip hazards.

Employees were exposed to electrical shock or electrocution hazards.
