OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards.   On or about October 4, 2022, at the establishment located at 2880 Main Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901; Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the ground while working on the top of the 23,000-gallon rail cars.  Employees had to access the hatch on the top of the rail car and sample product in preparation of unloading.
