29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about October 5, 2022, at the jobsite located at 305 W. Second Street, Oconomowoc WI, employees were installing roofing material on the roof of the house without any fall protection in place, exposing employees to an approximate 17.5 foot fall hazard.  (b) On or about October 5, 2022, at the jobsite located at 305 W. Second Street, Oconomowoc WI, employees were installing roofing material on the roof of the garage without any fall protection in place, exposing employees to an approximate 8.5 foot fall hazard.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.   (a) On or about October 5, 2022, at the jobsite located at 305 W. Second Street, Oconomowoc WI employees who were exposed to fall hazards were not trained on fall protection.
