29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.761:    a: On or about October 5, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing metal decking installation operations, approximately fifty (50) feet above ground, was not was not trained on fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
