29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: a) 3300 Central Ave, Billings, MT: On or about October 8, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards while installing metal flashing on a building and accessing the roof by climbing on and over the Aerial Lift basket railing at heights of approximately 33 feet to the ground below.
