29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard.   (a)  On or about October 8, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work. PMV Temp Agency employees were tasked with working from heights, while making adjustments in RBI Pushback Racking System, and the employer did not ensure they were trained on what heights fall protection were required.
