(b) Large Storeroom, exit route from walk-in cooler to exits:  On or about October 17, 2022, the exit route to either exit in the storeroom, is reduced in width and obstructed by boxes of merchandise and U-boats.   (c) Large Storeroom, exit route from Health, Beauty, Textile section to exits:  On or about October 17, 2022, the exit route to either exit in the storeroom, is blocked and reduced in width and obstructed by boxes of merchandise and U-boats.   The employer routinely fails to ensure that exit routes are kept free and unobstructed as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 17, 2022, when exit routes were blocked and/or reduced in width in the storeroom of the Dollar Tree store at 1925 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914.
