(a) Joe Boy Inc. 14 Twelfth Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037: On or about 10/18/2022, employees required to wear 3M half face elastomeric respirators, were not provided respirator training prior to the use of the respirators. (b) Joe Boy Inc. 14 Twelfth Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037: On or about 10/18/2022, an employee required to wear 3M half face elastomeric respirator did not receive annual training which was due on 5/12/22.
