29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  A) On top of shipping containers located at 202 Oxnard Dr, Port Wentworth GA: On or about October 7, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not used by an employee that was connecting and disconnecting lifting cables on the top of shipping containers.
