29 CFR  1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.   a) On or about October 19, 2022, in the warehouse in aisle #4/5, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that metal door frames were stored in the aisle creating an obstruction.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a.) On or about October 19, 2022, in the warehouse near the bay door, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that, the fire extinguisher was blocked by  boxes and material and was not easily accessible.  b.) On or about October 19, 2022, in the warehouse near the hallway door, employees were exposed to fire hazards, in that, the fire extinguisher was not identified.   c.) On or about October 19, 2022, in the warehouse near the showroom door,  employees were exposed to fire hazards, the fire extinguisher was not identified.
