29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.   A)  8 S. Lawn Avenue, Elmsford - NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that were working above them on a scaffold. The employees below were not protected by hard hats or any other type of head protection, on or about October 18th, 2022.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.   A) 8 S. Lawn Avenue, Elmsford - NY:  Employees were exposed to fall /scaffold collapse hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of fall protection either, on or about October 18th, 2022

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold.     A) 8 S. Lawn Avenue, Elmsford - NY:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was provided with a complete guardrail system, not were the employees wearing any fall protection devices, on or about October 18th, 2022
